Our client is looking to recruit a Civils Foreman for the Dublin Region.
The Role:
- Co-ordinate with the Project / Contracts Manager, Site team and Sub-contractors.
- Management of subcontractors, labourers and onsite staff
- Inspection of all completed work
- Understanding company policies about quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of work
- Take control of the Groundworks
- Management and control of health and safety issues
- Provide regular updates on the progress of the works.
Requirements:
- 5 + years’ experience as a civil foreman or site manager
- Previous civil experience
- Experience in earthworks and structures, a nd general civil works
- Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
