Ratio Recruitment is hiring a junior recruiter.

The role is an entry-level role, Monday- Friday. The ideal candidate would be responsible, have strong communication skills and be looking to develop their career in Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone inquiries from job seekers & Clients
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screencandidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excels in a setting where goals are the focus.
  • Works well in conditions of pressure.
  • Being a team player.
  • Willing to show initiative.
  • A degree in Human Resources, business or similar would be advantageous.
