Ratio Recruitment is hiring a junior recruiter.
The role is an entry-level role, Monday- Friday. The ideal candidate would be responsible, have strong communication skills and be looking to develop their career in Recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone inquiries from job seekers & Clients
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screencandidates’ resumes and job applications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excels in a setting where goals are the focus.
- Works well in conditions of pressure.
- Being a team player.
- Willing to show initiative.
- A degree in Human Resources, business or similar would be advantageous.
