Due to continued growth, our client is currently hiring a Project Engineer to join the team based in Dublin.
DUTIES:
- Undertake engineering analysis and prepare calculations for civil engineering projects.
- Be proficient in the use of relevant technical analysis and design software.
- Lead design meetings.
- Liaise with various business units to ensure designs meet requirements.
- Manage and take ownership of the interface with the Client and Client processes concerning civil design and works.
- Review and quality control of civil design before it is issued to the Client.
- Manage the organisation’s input to the Client and / or Utility design review process concerning civil designs.
- Mentor and guide graduate /junior engineers.
- Provide technical support to include report writing and presentations.
- Coordinate sub-consultants and specialist designers.
- Maintain all necessary records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A professionally qualified Civil Engineer.
- Effective communicator and problem solver.
- Experience in multidisciplinary detailed design with a keen eye for innovative solutions.
- Experience in Civil and Utility design.
- An excellent influencer with the ability to partner with a dynamic professional team.
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
